We want to ensure that you love the watch(es) that you have purchased; however, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to shipping damages, you may return the unworn item(s) in its original packaging and original watch box within 3 days of the delivery date for exchange or store credit only. In addition, if you encounter a mechanical breakdown/failure (i.e. dead battery) within 15 days of receiving your watch, we will issue an exchange or store credit. Original packaging including the shipping box, the watch box, the watch and all accessories are required for a full refund or credit. Please contact us via email at email@example.com prior to your return for a pre-paid shipping label.

While our policy is firm, we are willing to work with you to ensure that your experience with Limitless Watch Brand is positive.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Rejection of refund includes any significant damages to watch and/or signs of usage. We reserve the right to not accept a return.
Once your return is approved, a full refund will be processed and/or a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Check with your bank on credit policies.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund contact your credit card company and/or banking institution as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
